Angela Franklin is the Founder & CEO of Soar Consulting and has 20 years of experience advocating for supplier development and creating strategic operations.
In her role at the helm of Soar, Angela reaches out to businesses of all shapes and sizes, focusing especially on diverse and small companies. She is currently serving as the Commissioner for Indiana Supplier Diversity Administration and truly has a heart for growing local businesses and helping them thrive in a competitive marketplace.
