Angela Harvey-Franklin
Angela Franklin is the Founder & CEO of Soar Consulting and has 20 years of experience advocating for supplier diversity and developing strategic operations.
In her role at the helm of Soar, Angela reaches out to diverse-owned businesses of all shapes and sizes, focusing especially on MBE and WBE companies. She is currently serving as the Commissioner for Indiana Supplier Diversity Administration and truly has a heart for growing minority businesses and helping them thrive in a competitive marketplace.
